MULTI CREW CO-ORDINATION(M.C.C.)

What is M.C.C ?

After completion of CPL, Multi Crew Coordination (MCC) is provided to each cadet in any Multi Engine simulator. MCC is conducted by a well experienced Airline captain. While Our Ground training makes each cadet confident of taking an airplane from one airport to another both in VFR and IFR, MCC teaches the cadet fundamentals of airline cockpit responsibility sharing. Operating procedures at major airports in India are also practiced during this phase. This training helps the CPL understand his future role and prepares him better for the tasks that lie ahead. 

This course has three objectives :

Course is conducted by an ex-airline very experienced commander
  1. Prepare the ab-initio trainee for the multi-pilot cockpit
  2. Prepare the CPL holder  for the simulator checkride of a recruitment procedure of an airline.
  3. Prepare the ab-initio trainee for his first type rating training
  •  Aim of the course is to enable the pilot to become proficient in multi-crew co-operation in order to operate safely multi-pilot, multi-engine aircraft under IFR.
